🏰 Does the price include setup?
Yes! Our team professionally sets up all inflatable bounce houses, water slides, and tents to ensure everything is safe and ready for your event.
🚚 Do you deliver outside of the Thumb of Michigan?
Absolutely! Happy Feet Party Rental LLC proudly serves Huron, Tuscola, and Sanilac Counties, and we can also deliver to surrounding areas for an additional travel fee.

⏰ When do you set up?
Inflatable rentals are typically delivered before noon and picked up around 8 P.M. unless you did an overnight, then it will be picked up around 10 A.M.
Tent rentals are usually installed the day of your event to ensure everything is ready ahead of time.
We will contact you before delivery to provide an estimated delivery window.
📅 Can I request a specific delivery or pickup time?
If you have special timing needs, surprise parties, or event venue requirements, please contact us before booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
🕒 How long can we keep the rental items?
Inflatables are rented for daily rentals unless other arrangements are made.
Tables, chairs, and concession machines rented alongside inflatables follow the same rental period. Some larger rental items, such as tents, may be delivered early and picked up after the event.
✨ Are your inflatables cleaned regularly?
Absolutely! We take pride in providing clean, sanitized, and well-maintained inflatables for every customer. Our team thoroughly inspects and cleans equipment between rentals to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
🔌 Does the inflatable need to stay plugged in the entire time?
Yes. Inflatable units require continuous airflow from the blower in order to remain inflated safely.
A power outlet must be located within 50 feet of the setup area unless a generator rental has been arranged.
For safety reasons, all guests must exit the inflatable and the blower must be turned off if wind gusts exceed 15 MPH.
Please turn off over night or after you are done using.
🌳 Do you set up at parks?
At this time, Happy Feet Party Rental LLC does not set up inflatables at public parks.
💳 What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Cash
- PayPal
- Cash App
- Venmo
- Please contact us for those payments
Please note: Our delivery team does not carry cash for making change.
❌ What happens if we need to cancel?
Tent and package rentals canceled within 72 hours of the event date are non-refundable.
All other rentals canceled within 72 Hours of the event date are non-refundable.
If unsafe weather conditions require Happy Feet Party Rental LLC to cancel your rental, your deposit or payment will be refunded.
Once equipment has been delivered, no refunds or rainchecks will be issued.
💰 Can I receive a refund for unused rental items?
No. Once rental items have been reserved and delivered, refunds or credits cannot be issued for unused items.
📌 Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Rentals do require a deposit. It is listed on each item.
📏 How large are your inflatables?
Our inflatables vary in size. Please review the dimensions listed in each product description before booking.
Inflatables require additional space for:
- Stakes
- Blowers
- Safety clearance
No part of the inflatable should touch walls, fences, trees, or other structures.
If you have a sloped, tiered, or limited-access yard, please contact us before booking to discuss setup options.
🌱 What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
Inflatables can safely be installed on:
- Grass
- Indoor surfaces
- Concrete
Inflatables cannot be installed on:

⛺ What surfaces can tents be set up on?
Tents are typically secured by stakes driven into the ground.
📄 Can I see a copy of the rental agreement and safety rules?
Yes! Please contact Happy Feet Party Rental LLC and we’ll gladly provide copies of our rental agreement, safety rules, and operating procedures.
🛡️ What if the inflatable gets damaged?
Customers are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
However, damage caused by negligence, misuse, prohibited items, animals, moving the inflatable, or failure to follow safety procedures may result in repair or replacement charges.
Inflatables and blowers are expensive commercial equipment, and replacement costs can be significant. That’s why we carefully review all safety guidelines during setup and delivery.
