Rental Policies, Terms & Conditions

Equipment Rental & Operation

The Lessee assumes full responsibility for the safe operation and supervision of all equipment rented from Happy Feet Party Rental LLC after delivery and setup are completed.

Professional operators may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time the reservation is made.

  • A $75 deposit per item is required to reserve rentals
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • PayPal
    • Cash App
    • Venmo

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Rental Period

Inflatable rentals are set up and taken down the same day. Take down time is 8 P.M. unless you did an over night than it's around 10 A.M.

Standard Schedule

  • Deliveries are typically completed 2 hours before the event
  • Pickup is generally scheduled for 8 P.M.

Happy Feet Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to deliver equipment earlier than the scheduled delivery time and/or retrieve equipment after the scheduled pickup time unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Setup Requirements

Inflatables must be installed on:

  • Flat grass surfaces
  • Indoor locations
  • Concrete

Inflatables WILL NOT be installed on:

  • Gravel
  • Rocks
  • Asphalt

Electrical Requirements

The Lessee is responsible for providing:

  • A working electrical outlet within 50 feet of the inflatable

If power is unavailable, generators may be rented separately through Happy Feet Party Rental LLC

⚠️ Safety & Equipment Care Rules

To protect our inflatables and ensure everyone’s safety, the following items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on or inside any inflatable unit:

  • Silly String
  • Gum
  • Candy
  • Food or drinks
  • Sticky substances
  • Sand
  • Wood chips
  • Beads
  • Leaves
  • Grass clippings
  • Sharp objects
  • Water (except natural rain)

Important:

Silly String will permanently damage inflatable materials.

If excessive cleaning is required upon pickup, a $250 cleaning fee will automatically apply.

Damage Policy

The Lessee is financially responsible for any damage caused by:

  • Neglect
  • Misuse
  • Sharp objects
  • Cuts
  • Tears
  • Improper operation

Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

An optional Damage Waiver/Insurance Protection may be available for an additional fee.

🛡️ Release of Liability

By renting equipment from Happy Feet Party Rental LLC, the Lessee agrees to:

  • Assume all risks associated with use of the rented equipment
  • Supervise all participants at all times
  • Follow all posted safety and operating instructions

The Lessee further agrees to release and hold harmless Happy Feet Party Rental LLC from any and all claims involving:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Accidents
  • Losses arising from use of the rented equipment

Acceptance of the rental confirms agreement to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

🌧️ Inclement Weather Policy

Happy Feet Party Rental LLC reserves the right to cancel rentals if weather conditions are deemed unsafe for:

  • Participants
  • Staff
  • Equipment

Unsafe conditions may include:

  • Rain
  • Snow
  • High winds
  • Muddy conditions
  • Severe weather

Weather Responsibilities

The Lessee is responsible for monitoring weather conditions throughout the rental period.

Refunds & Rainchecks

  • If Happy Feet Party Rental LLC cancels due to unsafe weather, deposits will be refunded
  • Once equipment has been delivered:
    • NO refunds
    • NO rainchecks

❌ Cancellation Policy

Tent & Package Rentals

Cancellations made 72 Hours before the event date:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Require payment of the full rental balance

All Other Rentals

Cancellations made 72 hours before the event date:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Require payment of the full rental balance

If Happy Feet Party Rental LLC determines conditions are unsafe and cancels the reservation, all deposits will be refunded.

📦 Loss or Damage Policy

The Lessee assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

Please ensure all items are:

  • Secure
  • Protected from theft
  • Protected from weather damage

Charges will apply for:

  • Missing equipment
  • Damaged equipment
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Improper storage or handling

✅ Equipment Return Policy

All equipment must be returned:

  • Clean
  • Dry
  • Undamaged

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Cleaning fees
  • Repair fees
  • Replacement costs

Automatic Cleaning Fee

A $250 cleaning fee will apply if prohibited materials or excessive debris are found in or on the inflatable units.

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

Happy Feet Party Rental LLCreserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason deemed necessary.
