Why Choose an Insured Inflatable Rental Company?

When planning an event, choosing a fully insured bounce house and inflatable rental company is one of the most important decisions you can make.

Insurance provides an additional layer of protection for event organizers, schools, churches, businesses, municipalities, and private customers. It demonstrates that the rental company operates professionally and maintains proper coverage in the event of an accident or unexpected incident.

At Happy Feet Party Rentals, we take safety seriously by:

  • Regularly inspecting and maintaining our inflatables
  • Following manufacturer setup guidelines
  • Properly securing all equipment during installation
  • Carrying commercial liability insurance
  • Training our staff on safe setup and operation procedures

By renting from an insured company, you can focus on enjoying your event knowing you've partnered with a professional provider committed to safety and customer satisfaction.

Why Would Someone Request a W-9 Form?

A W-9 Form, officially known as the "Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification," is commonly requested by schools, churches, municipalities, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies when hiring vendors or service providers.

Tax Reporting Requirements

Organizations may need our Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) to comply with IRS reporting requirements. This information is often used when preparing tax forms such as the 1099-NEC.

Verification of Business Information

A W-9 confirms that Happy Feet Party Rentals is a legitimate business entity and provides accurate taxpayer information for accounting and compliance purposes.

Record Keeping and Compliance

Many organizations are required to keep vendor records on file. A W-9 helps businesses maintain proper documentation for payments made to service providers and contractors.

Avoiding Backup Withholding

The IRS may require organizations to withhold a percentage of payments if a valid W-9 is not provided. Having a completed W-9 on file helps prevent this issue and ensures smooth payment processing.

Year-End Tax Preparation

Organizations that make qualifying payments to vendors often need accurate taxpayer information when preparing annual tax documents. A W-9 simplifies this process and helps ensure compliance with IRS regulations.

Professionalism and Transparency

Providing a W-9 demonstrates professionalism and helps establish trust when working with schools, churches, corporations, government agencies, and event venues.

At Happy Feet Party Rentals, we are happy to provide our W-9 and insurance documentation to organizations that require them as part of their vendor approval or event planning process.
